Laurence is the founder and Executive Chairman of Lancini Property Group. With over 40 years of experience, he began his career as a home builder in Townsville and has since guided the company's growth into all aspects of construction and property development across Queensland. Under Laurence’s leadership, the group has developed a diverse portfolio that includes retail shopping centres, commercial offices, large-format retail centres, and industrial properties.

Tomas Lancini

Tomas brings over 12 years of experience in the retail property industry, having previously held senior roles as Retail Manager at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and Property Manager at Knight Frank. As CEO, Tomas leads the Lancini Property Group team and is responsible for delivering the company’s strategic and financial objectives. He oversees the retail portfolio and plays a key role in driving future business growth through the development and delivery of new and value-add opportunities.

Vaughan Hodson

Vaughan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance, including roles as a Big 4 Director and in senior finance positions within both listed and private companies. At Lancini Property Group, Vaughan manages the financial operations of the business, including investment strategy, funding, reporting, compliance, and cash flow. His prior experience in similar property groups brings deep expertise in property

and project financial management.
