420 on Flinders

In designing this 5 Green Star high-rise commercial tower in the city heart of Townsville, Arkhefield and Lancini Property & Development delivered a highly energy efficient, cost effective development and a striking addition to the North Queensland capital’s urban landscape. Situated at the corner of Stanley and Flinders Streets, the tower was custom designed for energy provider Ergon Energy as their North Queensland Headquarters, and forms a vital part of the renewal of the Townsville CBD

The building was SOLD in 2019.
